Cindy takes a proactive role in her family’s health and believes most diseases are preventable – not curable. Cindy enjoys reading and writing about simple lifestyle changes to help ensure longevity and good health. Certified Personal Trainer, Cross-Fit Level  1 Trainer, Holistic Health Coach and Founder of  Gaia Fit . Mary is a passionate mother of two boys. She works hard to balance motherhood, work, household duties, exercise and more. While working with her Gaia Fit community Mary also enjoys hitting the weights, strength training, speed work, and anything boot camp style! Did someone say burpees?

Balancing fitness and nutrition with lifestyle is her key to success and is always a work in progress!
